I'm a Construction Enginee. I graduated from Architecture University, Yereva.
Before graduation worked for Armenia.MLL Industries; American Embassy construction site, Yerevan, Armenia
As an Electrical installation specialist.
Electric wiring worker.
After two months of trainings; Certificate of Electrician received.
Computer Skills; Friendly user of Windows 2000, MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Internet Explorer and other Internet Browser, Email software, as well as Auto-CAD, Archi-CAD and CorelDraw applications.
Other skills: Touch typing speed in Armenian, English and in Russian is: 50 WPM. Driving License available.
Now I work for:
Global Call line LTD, Yerevan, Armenia
Night shift; Computer Operator/Cashier.
Duties included:
Monitoring customer calls status through the Internet Web site.
Registration of actual service delivery volume in Excel worksheet and answering customer calls.
Checking level of call intensity and adjusting system parameters as required.
Carrying out system troubleshooting as required.
