Purpose of Position: To support “SEF International UCO” management in promotion of Organization taking initiative and responsibility for public and other relations with related parties.
Major duties and responsibilities:
To check up data and create statistical reports
To prepare special reports and client stories for donors
To develop various materials for advertisements, programs, press releases, internet sites and other special events
To organize and manage special printing and advertising tasks
To develop promotional opportunities and ideas for services
To maintain and develop positive relationships with designers, media and other partners
To participate in the realization of organization’s marketing strategy
To conduct clients satisfaction and social impact monitoring and evaluation according to social performance management system
To conduct exit interviews
To conduct competitor’s monitoring
Required qualifications and work experience:
University or Master’s degree in arts or social sciences
Work experience is desirable
Experience with financial institution (credit organisation, bank, micro-finance institution) is an advantage
Capacity and skills:
Methods and techniques of qualitative and quantitative researches
Basic knowledge in marketing and PR
Business analysis techniques
Creativity and ability to communicate with advertising companies
Writing and reporting skills and fluency in Armenian and English, especially in professional terminology
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
Ability to travel
Experience in proposal and report writing is a plus
Software and computer literacy:
Good computer skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and email client (MS Outlook, Outlook Express or similar),
Knowledge of ArmSoft AS Bank and Corel Draw is a plus.
Other:
Work is basically performed in a typical interior/office work environment but 40% of work supposes business trips.
Salary is based on the corporate grade system and is commensurate with qualification and experience.
