Corporate Affairs and Communications Associate
Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Reporting directly to the Head of Representative Office in Armenia administratively and Corporate Affairs and Communications Director located in UA functionally.

Responsibilities:
-Anticipate and shape changes in the Operating Environment in Armenia
-Develop, recommend and assist in implementing approved strategies and programs which shape the Operating Environment in a responsible, proactive manner
-Ensure that all strategies and programs are aligned with and incorporated into the market’s business strategy
-Develop a comprehensive understanding of the social, economic, political and regulatory environment in which the company operates
-Assist in the development of political, regulatory, and media stakeholder maps which identify the groups or individuals who influence and shape public and government policy and opinion in Armenia
-Support market management in the development of specific communications directed to employees in Armenia, ensuring that key messages are delivered in a consistent, timely and effective manner

Requirements:
-University degree preferably in Legal or Public Relations
-2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Affairs or Public Relations with large International Company
-Legal training or practice is highly desirable
-Experience in Government Relations, Media Relations will be an advantage. Experience in a consultancy role in Government Relations, Public Affairs and Issue Management is also valuable asset. Commercial experience is highly desirable.
-Advanced PC user
-Fluent English, Russian
-The candidate should be articulate, cultured, and well presented having perfect communication and negotiation skills
-Solid interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity is a critical requirement
